In the Philippines, Avant recruits and selects experienced, qualified Verzorgenden IG with a passion for elderly care. We select on motivation, feel for language, character and the wish to settle in the Netherlands for the long term.
At our language school in Manila, healthcare professionals receive 6 months of full-time Dutch lessons. Five days a week our teachers train them, with the goal of language level B1+ and good preparation for working as a Verzorgende IG.
